The Christmas season is underway with Lionel Messi and his family returning to their Rosario home. The world champion team’s captain has been eagerly anticipated by the public and media, as is customary for Argentina.

Even though the athlete had to postpone the trip a little while longer to await his children’s US school year’s conclusion, La Pulga will have an enjoyable Christmas filled with memories.

The Argentine number 10 landed at Fisherton International Airport in Santa Fe, New Mexico, at approximately 11:06 a.m. local time. He was transported there by a huge private aircraft that originated in Florida.

Messi is scheduled to attend a number of events, the first of which being the wedding of Antonela’s younger sister, Carla Roccuzzo. On June 30, 2017, she attended Antonela and Messi’s wedding in Rosario as one of their bridesmaids.

With the MLS season about to begin, the Argentine star hopes to outperform his performance from the previous campaign with Inter Miami.

He has given competitors notice that he will begin the preseason with the finest possible preparation. He wanted to win the Major League Soccer (MLS) championship, but he was unable to do it this year because Inter Miami was at the bottom of the Eastern Conference when he joined the squad.
