Larsa Pippen is willing to endure a financial setback due to her breakup with Marcus Jordan
It appears that Larsa Pippen is hoping to sell her penthouse as soon as possible. Due to her second (and last) breakup with Marcus Jordan, the RHOM actress has been in the news for a while. It appears that she became more preoccupied with handling her breakup than she was with finding a buyer. But in an effort to accelerate the sale of her Miami apartment, the actress has taken a big choice, only days after declaring their breakup.

Before, Larsa listed a house for $4,199,99, fully furnished with the finest furnishings and amenities. But the mother of four lowered the penthouse’s listed price, as revealed by a recent Radar Online real estate exposé. It’s unexpected that the house has decreased little in value to $3,999,999 in the end.

Larsa is undoubtedly making money from the $3.375 million she paid for the mansion. Though we’re not sure if Larsa still comes out on top in this transaction given the unknown amount paid for personalization and other amenities in the penthouse.

What do you suppose would have persuaded her to make such a significant price reduction? The actress already disclosed why she sold her beloved Miami home.
This is the reason for Larsa Pippen’s Miami Penthouse sale.
Following her divorce from her ex-husband Scottie Pippen, she purchased the penthouse. The 3,312 square foot, completely furnished penthouse is located at 851 NE 1st Ave., on the top floor of Paramount Miami World Center. But Larsa had previously disclosed in a Watch What Happens Live broadcast that she was selling her property because it was too tiny for her and Marcus.

“I tried the condo life. I do like it. But I do feel like I need a big closet. I have a lot of clothes, Marcus has a lot of Jordans. So we definitely need, like, a big house with a big closet,” Larsa said.
