In an interview with Stephen A. Smith on “Stephen A’s World” during Game 1 of the NBA Finals, Hart admitted that he was reluctant to try his wife’s breast milk at first, but that he was later pleasantly pleased.
“First off, I know every new father has wondered this,” Hart said when Smith pressed him about a previous tweet, in which he asked his 500,000-plus followers if they had tried their significant others’ breast milk.

“So we had family and friends over, it was brought up,” Hart said. “I never did it. Somehow I got finessed into doing a little milk taste test.
“I’m not going to lie, it was exceptional. It was like sweet almond milk. I’m not going to use it in my cereal or anything like that, but a couple sips though, it was solid. Brother you should try it.”

It happened the day after “First Take” presenter Stephen A. Smith yelled at Hart over his tweet regarding breast milk on his podcast, “The Stephen A. Smith Show.”
“I’ve never been inclined to taste breast milk,” Smith said at the time. “I like breasts. You don’t have to be a baby to like breasts…
“However breast milk is a different matter. He asked that question and I’m like, ‘damn Josh, what the hell.’”

“85% of new dads at least wonder how breast milk tastes like,” Hart said. “I wondered how it actually tastes like. We had family over that day and asked me if I tried it. … I got finessed into doing a blind tasting. We had like almond milk, a couple of flavors of almond milk, a creamer and breast milk.

Hart also comically stated that he does not breastfeed his twin boys.
“I think people think I’m out here just indulging in breast milk 24/7,” Hart said. “I’m not. Not at all. It was just probably, it wasn’t even like a shot of breast milk. It wasn’t bad, I’ll say that.”
