In an enticing video, Kayla treated her admirers to a glimpse of her nude swimsuit as she posed sensually.
She posted the video to Instagram so her devoted one million followers could watch it.
But afterward, when she went to an upscale restaurant with an unidentified male, they were left with a puzzle to solve.
The two had dinner at the Hollywood BOA Steakhouse.
Kayla shared a picture of her mouthwatering dinner on social media, but the man’s head was cropped out.
The stunning woman, who recently caught people’s attention in a see-through bra, is more accustomed to stunning followers than leaving them with something to dream about.
