Jets Strengthen Their Offensive Line Before 2023 Season Begins
According to Brian Costello of The Post, left tackle Duane Brown will be taken off the physically unable to perform list on Wednesday.
The Jets’ starting left tackle position, which has been up for grabs while Brown was away, will be stabilized by Brown’s return. Mekhi Becton, Max Mitchell, and Billy Turner have all been considered for the blind-side position.

When Brown returns, it’s anticipated that he will quickly take over as the Jets’ starting left tackle, putting an end to the controversy there.
It appears like the Jets’ Week 1 starting offensive line may finally solidify this week, just in time for Aaron Rodgers to make his Jets debut against the Giants on Saturday, as Becton is making a strong push for the first-team right tackle position.
