The veteran quarterback and second-year corner were observed during Tuesday’s Jets practice having a joint session to practice their new secret greeting, which mimed them using marijuana. Andy Mills, a photographer for NJ.com, was able to capture the moment.
The 39-year-old Rodgers was not a complete participant in the workout after injuring his calf last week, despite the fact that it is evident from his successful tosses that he does not have glaucoma.

Many others were far harsher in their criticism of Rodgers and Gardner, with one Twitter user stating that they were “disgusted” and that the two “should be suspended”.

Others emphasized that they ought to be role models and that they weren’t doing a good job of it.
I smoke weed for pain you obviously missed my point…. If Jalen Hurts of Justin Fields walked around like Joe Burrow with chain smoking a cigar everybody would claim their THUGs. Aaron Rodgers smoking weed or experiment with other drugs and a offseason is okay but not others 🤔

The QB, a self-described hippy, has developed a well-known affinity for activities like ayahuasca use and darkness retreats. He claims the psychedelic substance was responsible for his “best season” in 2021 and taught him to “love himself.”

“To me, one of the core tenets of your mental health is that self-love,” Rodgers said on the Aubrey Marcus Podcast in August 2022. “That’s what ayahuasca did for me, was help me see how to unconditionally love myself.
“It’s only in that unconditional self-love, that then I’m able to truly be able to unconditionally love others. And what better way to work on my mental health than to have an experience like that?”

Andy Vasquez, a photographer’s coworker, made the claim that what they did was “chapstick related” in an attempt to excuse what they did.
On Twitter, numerous users expressed the opposite opinion, suggesting they were feigning marijuana use.
One person commented, “Better safe than sorry and give them boys a drugs test.”
