The five times winner of the American League Player of the Month and three times winner of the American League Most Valuable Player is known for his brilliant performances that have made him a fan favorite at Los Angeles Angels. Since his first appearance on the pitch in 2012, the year when he won the Rookie of the Year award as well, he has been the blue-eyed boy of the Angels’ fans and has made a mark in the history of the MLB that has already made him a great of the game.
The 29-year-old, however, had a humble beginning, just like every other American kid who wants to make a name in the sphere of Major League Baseball. He played for the Millville Senior High School and went onto prove his mettle at a very young age as a prodigy. Though he started off his career as a pitcher and a shortstop, he was soon transferred to the outfield, a move that changed his career path and helped him on his way to becoming one of the top players in MLB history. However, it was not only that at Millville High he found the right path to a successful career, but it also helped him to find the love of his life, Jessica Cox. 1.The two met at Millville High School for the first time and it was love at first sight for Trout and Cox. They got engaged in 2017 on December the 9th.

2.Mike and Jessica dated for 11 long years before finally getting engaged. It was quite an incident about how Mike Trout proposed to Jessica. The two were on vacation in the Far East when the incident took place. While walking out of the building where they were staying, Mike asked his girlfriend to look up at the sky. He had hired a plane with a poster that read, “Will you marry me Jess?” Now isn’t that romantic?
3.The two announced that they were engaged on social media on the same day, which was July 2nd, 2016. Mike Trout and Jessica got married in a small ceremony 18 months later.

4. Cox earned her degree from the Lebanon Valley College in Annville, Pennsylvania, and currently works as a teacher. During the summer break, she spends her time watching her husband Mike play baseball and cheering him from the stands.
