Jason Kelce’s Wife Kylie Kelce Finally Responds to His Viral Shirtless Celebration at AFC Divisional Playoff

After Jason Kelce’s crazy day in Buffalo, where he went shirtless in a suite for the Bills-Chiefs Divisional-Round game on Sunday, Kylie Kelce disclosed the one thing he missed.

In an interview with “Good Morning America” on Friday, Kylie revealed that the veteran center for the Eagles “desperately wanted to go through a table,” a custom common to the Bills Mafia tailgate, but he was unable to do so at Highmark Stadium, where the Chiefs defeated the Bills 27-24 in the divisional round.

According to Kylie, who confirmed that she and Jason will be present for the Chiefs-Ravens AFC Championship game on Sunday, “he wanted to get the full Bills experience.”

“He desperately wanted to go through a table. It was on his checklist for the day. Top priority of the day: go through table. He did not get a chance to do that.”

When Kylie and Kelce arrived at the room, where they were to meet his brother Travis’ fiancée, Taylor Swift, independently, he informed her of his intention to wear no shirts.

“And so when he came into the suite…he said to me, ‘I’m gonna take my shirt off and I’m gonna jump out,” Kylie said. “And I was like, ‘I don’t think that’s the best idea.’ But I think that it was that continued energy from when he was hyping himself up to break a table.

“So, the first time he jumped out of the suite, I was like, you know what? Go ahead.  That’s my husband. Then the second and third time he did it I was like, ‘I’m gonna need you to get back in. Because the poor cops out front trying to keep the chaos at a minimum, you’re making their jobs harder.’ So at first I was all for it, and then I had to try and reel him back in.”

Kelce clarified that during his time in Buffalo, he became enmeshed in “the magic” of the Bills Mafia.

“It was incredible,” Jason remarked in the most recent episode of the podcast “New Heights,” which he and Travis co-hosted. “I mean, honestly, one of the most fun experiences I’ve ever had from start to finish.”

The All-Pro tight end claimed he downed 40 Miller Lites and chugged booze out of a bowling ball while making his way inside the stadium. He also claimed to have fully assimilated into Bills’ Mafia customs.

Jason said that as he leaped out of the suite and gave a naked roar, Kylie wasn’t very happy.

“Not gonna lie, I gave Kylie a heads up the moment we got into the suite. I said, ‘I’m jumping out there and taking my shirt off,’ and she said, ‘Jason, don’t you dare!’” he said.

“I’m not asking for permission, I’m doing this.’ She was already telling me to be on my best behavior because we were meeting Taylor. So, she was like, ‘Be on your best behavior,’ and I was like ‘Kylie, the first day I met you I was blacked out drunk and fell asleep on the bar.’”

Travis interrupted at that point, saying, “Tay said she absolutely loved you.”

Jason also thought back to the chance he’d lost to go through a table.

“I was hoping I was going to get an opportunity to go through a table but it didn’t happen,” he said. “No tables … I don’t know what I was expecting but everyone was beyond excited to be there and enjoy some good football.”

The AFC Championship this weekend in Baltimore, where Jason and Kylie will be present on Sunday at 3 p.m. ET, is not something that he has disclosed his tailgating intentions.
