Jalen Brunson And His Wife Ali Marks Partied And Celebrated the Players’ First NBA All-Star Selection.
Jalen Brunson is ecstatic to have been selected for his first NBA All-Star team on the same day that he scored 40 points.
After leading New York to a 109-105 victory over the Pacers on Thursday night at Madison Square Garden, the Knicks star and his wife Ali Marks celebrated with cake, cocktails, and sparklers.
Marks shared a picture of the couple seated at a table on her Instagram Story. The image featured a cake with a sparkler topper and a basketball motif.

“Congrats All-Star!!” The picture was written over by physical therapist Marks.
In July of last year, the pair got married in Chicago’s Ritz-Carlton, roughly ten months after Brunson and Marks revealed their engagement on Instagram in September 2022.
The postgame festivities, which came after an emotional interview with Brunson on the court during which he heard the home fans yelling “MVP!”, are not known to have included anyone else.
“I mean, I got nothing to say,” said Brunson, fighting back tears as he took in the sights of the New York supporters yelling his plaudits from all over The Garden. “This place is unbelievable.”
After scoring forty points and pulling down five rebounds, Brunson was at a loss for words.

After trailing by 15 points, the Knicks rallied to win nine games in a row.
After Pacers guard Andrew Nembhard unintentionally jabbed him in the eye, Brunson scored 21 points in the first half and was unstoppable with one good eye.
With five, he currently trails Bernard King with seven in Knicks history for the most games with 40 points or more prior to the All-Star break.

Carmelo Anthony and Patrick Ewing are tied with Brunson.
At 8:30 p.m. ET on Saturday, LeBron James and the Los Angeles Lakers (25-25) will visit the Knicks (32-17).
