Police investigated claims that Jackson Mahomes, Patrick Homes’ younger brother, had physically abused a waitress and the proprietor of the restaurant in Overland Park in March.

According to FOX 4 KC, which cited the affidavit, on February 25, authorities in Overland Park, Kansas, originally responded to a complaint from a man who said Jackson Mahomes shoved his son, who worked at Aspens Restaurant.

Jackson Mahomes brutally shoved a male waiter before demanding a kiss on the 40-year-old female proprietor of the Aspens Restaurant and Lounge.

The claimed occurrences allegedly happened on February 25 at Aspens Restaurant and Lounge in Overland Park, an outlying neighborhood of Kansas City located about 20 minutes away.

Jackson Mahomes’ legal representative, Brandan Davies, asserted that witnesses might back up his assertion that his client done nothing illegal.

“Our investigation has revealed substantial evidence refuting the claims of Jackson’s accuser including the statements of several witnesses,” Davies said.

“We have reached out to law enforcement to provide the fruit of our investigation so that they may have a complete picture of the matter.”

However, Vaughn believes that Mahomes was intoxicated, detailing her version of what happened at the restaurant.

“He forcibly kissed me out of nowhere and I’m telling him, pushing him off saying ‘what are you doing?’ and then he proceeded to do it two more times where the last time I was pushing him off and I can see on the cameras that somebody was outside the office door and I was yelling for them to come help because he’s big and massive,” she said.

Pushing him away from her, the woman declared that she had not given her assent to the act. She claims that Mahomes instructed her to keep what transpired privately. According to the paper, the woman reportedly described what allegedly happened to two servers and displayed neck injuries.

According to reports, Mahomes went back to the workplace to inform the woman what he could do for her company and wouldn’t leave until she gave him a hug. According to an affidavit, the lady said that after telling her boyfriend about what had transpired, he had Mahomes and his party leave the restaurant.

Last Monday, the 22-year-old was charged in Johnson County, Kansas, with three charges of aggravated sexual violence and one count of battery. Mahomes secured a $100,000 bond, and as a result of the bond’s terms, neither he nor his lawyer were permitted to publicly discuss the matter.
