However, Heather Watson was surprised to find that her car had been stolen from its parking space in an underground car park when she got home.
Ironically, it occurred only two days after the Lawn Tennis Association—the UK sport’s governing body—announced a significant new collaboration with Lexus.
Watson tweeted: “Those days where you think things can’t get any worse…trust me they can always get worse.
“It all started when my car was stolen from my home – in a secure underground parking garage with CCTV and a 24-hour security man.
“Whist I was finally getting to celebrate my birthday at dinner with my friends. Happy birthday to me?”

The World No.180 laughed: “An old banger is exactly what I was thinking next! Any ideas for my next car?”

The German Jule Niemeier, a 6-2 6-4 victor, halted her momentum.
She has now had defeats in the US Open, Australian Open, and French Open qualifying stages.
Watson is probably going to get a wildcard to Wimbledon, which begins on July 3rd.
Jamie Murray, meanwhile, withdrew from the second round of the mixed doubles competition at the French Open after becoming quite ill.
