Is There A Beef Brewing Between Russell Westbrook & LeBron James?
Westbrook declared to the reporters, “I’ve been a point guard since I’ve been in this league, and I always will be.”
“I would say I’m pretty good at that position… I’m grateful that Paul [George] and Kawhi [Leonard] allow me to play my position.”
Following his shot was blocked by former teammate LeBron James during the third quarter of their Wednesday “Battle of Los Angeles,” fans flocked to Russell Westbrook on social media.

The Lakers had a 2-2 record and the Clippers had a 3-1 record going into the game, which marked the first meeting between the Los Angeles clubs of the season.
This season, LeBron James has consistently averaged 22 points, 8.5 rebounds, and 6.5 assists.
Russell Westbrook, on the other hand, has been averaging 13.0 points, 7.0 rebounds, and 6.8 assists. Westbrook spent two seasons with the Lakers before joining the Clippers, the opposing team across town.

On Wednesday, the score was knotted at 85 points apiece at the end of the third quarter.
When Westbrook was part of the team LeBron James naturally took on a lot of ballhandling duties since he is perhaps the smartest playmaker of his time. He was left jacking up poor shots in the corner as a result.

James’, Anthony Davis’, and Westbrook’s styles, along with the Lakers’ overall methodology, just didn’t work together.
“The King” welcomed Bones Hyland, Ivica Zubac, Paul George, and Kawhi Leonard after the game. On one side of the floor, Westbrook was trapped beneath the hoop and peered at his former colleagues.

It should be mentioned that Russell Westbrook and LeBron James were separated by at least 47 feet. James most likely didn’t want to walk all the way to where he was standing.
