Sydney Smith, the most flexible gymnast in college sports, is at it again today.
This week, the Southern Connecticut State star continued her TikTok assault by once again showcasing her agility. Smith can do it all, from her catchy “W” routine to cool backflips that hurt my skull. Since the middle of March, her fame has soared like a damn rocket ship.

All of these techniques undoubtedly have official titles in the gymnastics community, but I’m not familiar with them. I simply know that Sydney continues to dominate them week after week.

Around St. Patrick’s Day, I first noticed her on Nightcaps, and I’m pleased I jumped on board right away because the wagon is now completely full.

Sydney Smith is on her way and about to assume control. Forget Olivia Dunne for a moment and turn your full attention back to Sydney because a star is emerging right before our own eyes.
Over the previous three months, Smith has sent out a few monster messages, including a lot of flexibility flexes and even a few warmers from the lake. This is only one more illustration of her ascent. Folks, don’t blink or you’ll miss it.

The aforementioned TikTok is approaching a million views, which is now standard for a college’s most flexible gymnast. Her fan base has grown tremendously in recent months, and I fear that this is just the beginning.
