“I Returned Because….”- Tom Brady Makes ‘No Regret’ Statement on NFL Return
When it is all said and done, Tom Brady will go down as the greatest quarterback to have ever stepped foot on a football field with no equal. Brady holds a number of records including the most Super Bowl wins by an individual with a mind-boggling seven to his name with two different teams.
"When I'm older, I'll be thinking about practicing in that stadium right there and then going to play in Allianz Arena, which is amazing."

Brady is currently competing in his 23rd season as a professional in the league. This season has been arguably his toughest season to date, given everything that is happening on the football field and everything that has happened off it as well. At the end of the 2021 season, Brady announced that he would be retiring from professional football. However, just 40 days later, Brady decided to return to action and call time on a very short-lived retirement.

Unfortunately for Brady, his return to football did come at a cost. It is now well-documented that the biggest reason for his marriage falling apart was his decision to return to football. It is reported that his wife Gisele Bundchen, was livid when he made the call and that was the final straw in their relationship.
Tom Brady shares his thoughts on his return to football
In a recent press conference, Brady was asked if he regretted coming back to football. He said, “Zero, no. Definitely not. I returned because I felt like I wanted to compete and I spoke to the team about it and they were excited to have me back. I don’t really regret those types of things — I think when I commit to it, I mean it and I do my best and try to give everything I can to this particular opportunity.”

While things off the field have not been particularly good for Brady, things on the field have not been good for him either. The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are 4-5 after nine games. Although they have a shot at making it into the postseason, making it the Super Bowl or even winning it seems highly unlikely. Next up for Tom Brady and his men are the Seattle Seahawks this weekend.
