“I Gotta Try to Help Him Out With That One”- Dana White Offers to Help Khabib Nurmagomedov Realize His Long Time Dream Involving Michael Jordan

‘The Eagle’ Khabib Nurmagomedov retired at the top of his game with a perfect 29-0 record. Nurmagomedov stated that he promised his mother that he would not compete without his father by his side and stuck to his word. ‘The Eagle’ played a key role in the UFC’s expansion in Russia and the Middle East.

He also inspired and trained a host of Russian fighters who are now taking over the UFC slowly but steadily. Given what he has done for the company, it is no surprise that ‘The Eagle’ is liked by UFC President Dana White.

In a podcast with the Full Send members, Nurmagomedov stated that it was his wish to meet Michael Jordan, given Jordan was someone he looked up to and aspired to emulate. In a recent video with Full Send MMA, White stated that he wil help out in helping Nurmagomedov achieving a life long goal of his. Dana White said, “Jordan has always been this bad ass iconic figure in sports. And then if you watched the last dance, it reminded you why Jordan is so big and why Jordan is so loved. I love killers man and Michael Jordan is a killer. I did not know Khabib wanted to meet him, I gotta try to help him out with that one.”

Dana White has big plans for 2022

In the same interview, White promised a plethora of fun fights planned for UFC fans in the second half of 2022. He said, “Usually, it’s every Tuesday. We’ve been in matchmaking meetings multiple times over the last several days, and we’re working on some bada** sh** for the end of the year. So, it’s gonna be fun, nothing I can talk about yet, but I’m looking forward to it.”
