NFL head coach Sean Michael McDermott is an American football coach for the Buffalo Bills (NFL). From 2011 to 2016, he held the same position for the Carolina Panthers. His six years with the Panthers ended with a trip to Super Bowl 50, and he was appointed as head coach of the Bills the following year (2017).
