How Conor MCGregor Tops The List of Forbes Highest Paid Athletes?
Conor McGregor is the world’s highest-paid athlete.
Conor McGregor hit punches and sell whiskey. Absolutely, the athlete will beat you in UFC and in real life. Leaving Lionel Messi, Ronaldo, LeBron James behind, the MMA fighter made $180 million in the past year.
This is really a dream come true thing for McGregor. What do you think where did the money came from?
Baby we did it!! Uimhir a Haon 🇮🇪❤️
Thank you Forbes for recognizing my role as an entrepreneur!
It was a dream to lead this list with so many successful athletes!

Conor McGregor made $150 mn from selling his stake of Proper 12 Whiskey Brand.
The notorious MMA star made it possible in the time of the pandemic. When Sports is also largely affected by Covid19 yet Conor McGregor made it to the top of Forbes list. Combining the earnings of the top 10 names the whopping amount is $1.05 Billion. It is like the pandemic never affected these people. It looks like he slapped other stars right in the face. When you know UFC is not that big as Soccer or NBA but then too McGregor did it.
Don’t think the people of Ireland actually realise what @TheNotoriousMMA has achieved. The highest paid athlete in the world as recognised by @Forbes and it’s an Irishman. Incredible achievement. Certainly changed the @ufc and for the benefit of all the fighters. Kudos 👊

The thing that is more shocking is out of $180 mn 150+ are not from UFC. Yes! that’s where endorsement and brands worked out. I know that Conor McGregor is on the seventh sky now. He finally achieved what he has been eyeing for years. I also think there has been an unsaid feud between McGregor and Ronaldo. Just eye to eye where the MMA fighter said that the #1 spot is mine and I will take it.
Number 1 of course. https://t.co/uj0mpKviL5

One more thing to notice is the difference between 1st and rest. After Conor McGregor, the second is Lionel Messi with $130 mn. I mean look at the huge gap, McGregor stands true to his 2016 prediction that he is going to catch Ronaldo on the Forbes list one. Literally, a man of his words. I only thought that Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo are the athletes who can buy some small country with their earnings and then there is Conor McGregor.
