Grizzlies Suspended Ja Morant Subsequent To Another Gun Video
Ja Morant of the Memphis Grizzlies has been suspended once more.
The 23-year-old was allegedly seen brandishing what seemed to be a gun from the driver’s seat of a slowly moving car in an Instagram Live video that was apparently recorded on Saturday.

He was recently caught on camera making the gun symbol while riding in a car with a buddy in a similar incident that has since appeared online. At 0:14 in the video, Ja Morant may be seen with a gun in her hand. After Morant revealed the pistol, the person in the driver’s seat, who was also filming the live action, swiftly turned the camera away from him.

When Morant reappeared on the camera, it appeared that he had already hidden the gun. However, the harm has already been done by the viral video that shows Morant openly carrying a gun.
Ja Morant has been banned from all activities—including practice, games, and meetings—pending the NBA’s ruling, the Memphis Grizzlies have stated.

“We are aware of the social media video involving Ja Morant,” the Grizzlies said in a statement. “He is suspended from all team activities pending League review. We have no further comment at this time.”
The Instagram Live footage of Morant clutching what seemed to be a pistol before the camera abruptly went away is under investigation by the NBA.

For the incident on March 4, the NBA banned 23-year-old Morant for eight games.
A few days later, Morant apologized for his behaviour and claimed he didn’t possess the gun in an interview with ESPN.

“It’s not who I am,” Morant said. “I don’t condone any type of violence but I take full responsibility for my actions. I made a bad mistake, and I can see that image I painted over myself with my recent mistakes, but in the future, I’ll make sure everybody knows who Ja really is, and what I’m about and change this narrative.”
Well all he said seems to be facade as he continues to do the same!
