The NFL legend Brady has been adding to his Miami mega-mansion, and this coincides with the Brazilian supermodel Bundchen’s latest romantic relationship.
Reports surfaced months after Bundchen and Brady’s October 2022 divorce, suggesting the actress was seeing her jiu-jitsu teacher, Joaquim Valente.

The overall estimated cost of the mansion is close to $30 million after the two parties paid $17 million for the site.
