Giants QB Tommy DeVito Hangs Out With Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi
While making the rounds in Morris County, New Jersey, on Tuesday, Giants rookie quarterback Tommy DeVito spent time with another Garden State phenomenon, Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi, star of “Jersey Shore.
An Instagram snapshot of the two was posted, and the 36-year-old Polizzi captioned it with an emoji of his trademark hand gesture: “An honorary meatball.”

At DeVito’s autograph session at The Hobby Hive in East Hanover, Polizzi—who currently stars in the spinoff of her MTV reality show, “Jersey Shore: Family Vacation”—caught up with the actor.
Following an internet spat between the restaurant and DeVito’s agent, Sean Stellato, the 25-year-old rookie went to Coniglio’s Old Fashioned in Morristown earlier on Tuesday. There, he made peace with the owner, Nino Coniglio.
Coniglio said that DeVito would make an appearance on Tuesday, but canceled it on Sunday. He claimed that the quarterback’s cost went up after his heroics on “Monday Night Football” against the Packers in the Giants’ 24-22 victory on December 11.

“No @tommydevito will NOT be @coniglios this Tuesday as originally planned. After last week’s win we received word from his agent that his appearance fee would be doubling (went from 10k to 20); We are a small family run business & decided $20,000 was a bit steep for 2 hours,” a message shared on Coniglio’s Instagram page read.
Stellato addressed the issue in a statement after becoming viral during Big Blue’s primetime victory.

“It’s a shame that the restaurant promoted that they would have Tommy when we didn’t have a signed contract. We didn’t raise the price because nothing was ever agreed to,” he said, via Darren Rovell.
According to Coniglio, they “agreed in principle to terms,” which included $10,000, 250 autographs, and two hours.
According to Rovell, who shared a screenshot of what appeared to be a conversation between the two parties, Stellato “reached back out after Monday’s game to tell us the price was now $20,000.”

On Tuesday, when Paul Schwartz of The Post revealed that DeVito has a new marketing representative in Maxx Lepselter, the agent was conspicuously absent from Coniglio’s.
When it comes to football, Stellato is still DeVito’s contract agent.
“There was a lot going at that time — and a lot of people doing different things as part of my team. Some things slipped through the cracks and as soon as I was made aware of it — which was Monday, when it hit my phone — that’s when I was like, ‘We need to go in there, meet him face to face, set things right, eat the awesome pizza and have fun,” DeVito told The Post.
