“Get Your A** Up”: Deion Sanders’ Colorado Assistant Makes Headlines After Bizarre Speech During Meeting
Deion Sanders, the head coach of Colorado, has put together a senior staff of 10 coaches, including those who have developed 85 All-Americans and more than 350 conference all-stars. Since being hired by the Buffaloes on December 3, Sanders has been busy assembling his team. His budget for assistant coaches is $5 million, a significant increase above the amount given to former coach Karl Dorrell.
Coach Prime is accustomed to being in the spotlight and has given the Buffaloes access that is unequaled because of his son Deion Sanders Jr. Media captured the inaugural squad meeting for CU football in 2023 on film on Monday, and it was fascinating to see. The players were given the opportunity to meet the coaches, and Tim Brewster, the tight ends coach, stole the show.

Brewster, who had a 15-30 record as the head coach at Minnesota, began hollering at players during the GWOT as if he were getting ready to lead the Army Rangers on a hit for an HVT.
“When I say stand tall, okay, I want you bouncing out of your seat and standing tall. When I say stand tall, get your ass up! Stand tall! Sit your ass back down! Stand tall,” Brewster shouted at the meeting.
