Fox’s Analyst Jimmy Johnson Gets Trolled By Browns Team For His Post Scuffle Comments

Long before Sunday’s game even started, there were brawls between the San Francisco 49ers and Cleveland Browns. While getting ready for the game, the teams engaged in a pushing battle on the field. Analyst Jimmy Johnson had something to say and got trolled for it.

Several important players from both teams got into a fight, including Deebo Samuel, Brandon Aiyuk, Juan Thornhill, Trent Williams, and Elijah Moore, among others.

The former football coach who is now a broadcaster advised the Browns not to enrage the powerful 49ers following the altercation.

Some believed Cleveland merely decreased its chances of defeating San Francisco after providing the Niners lots of additional motivation, including Fox’s Jimmy Johnson. Not to add, there is never a good moment to engage Trent Williams, a two-time All-Pro, or Deebo Samuel, a 2021 Pro Bowler, in a physical altercation.

“This is the worst thing that can happen for Cleveland. Don’t poke the bear!” Johnson said on the FOX Sports pregame show. “With San Francisco, the danger is number one: They gotta stay healthy. Number two, they don’t wanna peak too early. But the third thing is don’t get bored.”

They’re the best squad in football, Johnson continued. And once the shoving and pushing begin, San Francisco will have more motivation to play hard against a club they ought to defeat.

Johnson’s caution may have first looked appropriate. On their first drive, the Niners scored, and in the second quarter, they had a 10-0 lead.

Jimmy, don’t write off the Dawg Pound just yet. P.J. Walker, a former XFL standout, led the way as the Browns rallied to defeat San Francisco 19-17.

It turned out that the 49ers’ opening possession, which ended with them leading 7-0, covered 84 yards in five plays. Brock Purdy’s 13-yard touchdown throw was caught by Christian McCaffrey.
