Just four months after being freed from an eight-month jail sentence for a prior DUI, she was arrested in May 2022.
In addition, she received a $10,000 fine, 50 hours of community service, and eight years of probation.
“I have done something horrible, but I am so much more than the worst that I have done,” Sytch said in her Monday defense speech to the court. I try to think about the good I’ve done, because when I think about what I did to the Lasseter Family that tragic day, for a stupid decision, I feel the regret and remorse deep inside my soul.

“I know they don’t get to rest knowing he’s gone, because when I was 20 I lost my father as well to heart disease. Last August my 87-year-old grandmother passed away when I was incarcerated. I never got to say goodbye to her, just liek they didn’t get to say goodbye to their beloved family member.”
According to WKMG in Flordia, the former wrestler and manager allegedly had a blood alcohol level three and a half times higher than the permitted limit.
TMZ claims that her driver’s license has also been permanently suspended.
The Tammy Sytch story is so sad and I hope people like Jeff Hardy realize how lucky they are. I have a ton of sympathy for people struggling with addiction but when you get behind the wheel, you're rolling the dice on this outcome every time. https://t.co/exkAaUcton

After many hours of hearings, the punishment was delivered just after 3 p.m. in a Volusia County courthouse.
Sytch did address the court throughout the hearing, and she once started crying as she said she was sorry for what she had done.
Tammy Sytch has been under arrest since 2012. She is accused of repeatedly breaking orders of protection, acting incoherently, breaking into third-degree burglaries, neglecting to appear in court, contempt of court, driving under the influence, leaving the scene of accidents, taking stolen property, skipping scheduled drug tests, not reporting to her parole officer, driving without a license, driving an unregistered vehicle, and operating a vehicle without the necessary financial responsibility (insurance).
The prosecution is arguing that Tammy Sytch didn't just make one stupid decision. She's had multiple DUI's over the years and she refuses to learn from her mistakes. They want to maximum sentence. pic.twitter.com/uMK0Zcn3Bh

driving while intoxicated, driving recklessly, failing to stop at a stop sign, going the wrong way on a one-way street, driving with a suspended license, driving carelessly, operating a vehicle without a valid inspection, driving without evidence of an emission inspection, unlawfully possessing a weapon and making terroristic threats.
In court, Tammy Sytch blames the death of Chris Candido on her downfall (she was a mess long before then) and delivers a tearful prepared statement, then sits down and is seen laughing as her lawyer feeds her some water. Those crocodile tears shouldn’t fool anyone.

Why did Sunny get fired from WWF?
She was imprisoned for these crimes. She admitted guilt to all counts after being detained three times for driving while intoxicated (DUI) in 2015.
