Former NFL QB Ryan Leaf Posts Impressive Body Transformation Video
Leaf uploaded a video of himself working out on Saturday.
The former NFL quarterback wrote in the caption: “The Summer transformation is complete… 218 lbs & 7.5 [body fat percentage].

Leaf stated in the comments that as of March 1, he weighed 274 pounds.
Following his five-month change, he has lost 56 pounds.

Leaf claims that another factor contributing to his weight reduction is his commitment to a “paleo diet” while eating healthily.

When asked what his “secret sauce” was for getting results, Leaf said it all depends on what he eats and what he doesn’t consume.
“Food, all food, Paleo,” he said in the comments. Since March, no processed foods. 200 oz Water, strength training 1 to 2 times a week.”
San Diego Chargers selected Leaf as the second overall choice in the 1998 NFL Draft, just behind Peyton Manning.

In two movies where he exercised his arms and pushed a weighted object, Leaf displayed his trimmer, leaner physique.
In another conversation on X, Leaf said that in December 2014, after serving more than two years in jail, he was at his heaviest.
“I was 325 lbs when I walked out of prison,” Leaf wrote on X. “Super high blood pressure. It starts like anything, min by min, hr by hr, day by day!”

For “breaking into a home near Great Falls in 2012 to steal prescription pills,” The Associated Press said that Leaf was imprisoned in a Montana penitentiary.
When he was accused of illegally acquiring a controlled narcotic in 2008, Leaf was found to have broken the terms of his probation for a prior offense committed in the state of Texas, according to the report.
Leaf was given a five-year term by a Texas judge, although he received credit for time served.

Ryan, who threw 16 touchdown passes and 34 picks, decided to call it quits at the age of 26.
He is regarded as one of the greatest NFL draft busts of all time.
After breaking into a residence to steal prescription drugs, the Washington State resident was sentenced to three years in jail.

Since then, Leaf has worked as a broadcaster and joined ESPN in 2019 as a college football game commentator.
