“The Seahawk way is a bit different these days, I guess. I could say a lot of things right now because I’m shaking with anger, but I’ll just say I’m really disappointed,” Ryan shared on X.
His comment went viral, and one person questioned how strongly he was reacting.
“Shaking with anger seems a bit dramatic, Jon,” to which Ryan responded with a hint of humor, saying, “Meh, I’m a drama queen. Haha.”

Seattle finished the season with a 9-8 record, barely missing out on the postseason despite having a strong finish to the season.
Nevertheless, as cornerback Tariq Woolen’s Instagram story revealed, several Seahawks defensive players continued to find cause for celebration in the locker room by lighting cigars following former New York Giants safety Julian Love’s Pro Bowl selection and the birth of his first child.
After closing out the season with a win over the Cardinals, several Seahawks players decided to light up cigars inside the locker room in celebration.

With conflicted feelings, Wagner acknowledged the necessity for balance on a young squad.
“We didn’t do what we needed to do early on, so it’s a lot of mixed emotions. But you understand you got a young team, and as they progress in their career, they realize how hard wins are to come by, so it’s a balance.”
Diggs, however, drew attention to the different standards held by senior players who had won postseason games.

“Me and Bobby, we’ve been around a long time, so our expectations are playoffs,”Diggs said to reporters. “That’s not what happened, but those guys just finished their first regular season in the NFL. … It’s always a blessing and an honor to be able to play a full season. … I can’t blame ’em, but at the end of the day, I think just (we) older guys expect more.”
Ryan, 42, was a member of the Seattle Seahawks’ 2014 Super Bowl XLVIII victory over Peyton Manning’s Denver Broncos. Ryan punted for the Seahawks from 2008 to 2017.
