Former Baseball Star David Ortiz Missed The Ball During The Gender Reveal With His Current girlfriend
Eight years after retiring from baseball, Hall of Famer David Ortiz probably had his most memorable strikeout.
In a video uploaded to Pio Deportes’ official Instagram account, Big Papi was shown swinging and missing during his gender reveal party with a baseball theme, which had the internet in stitches.
While the 48-year-old MLB veteran is expected to give birth to a son with his significant other, Maria Yeribel, he did not share the blue confetti revealing the child’s gender.

When a ball was thrown to Ortiz, who was brandishing a dark-colored bat, it was evident that the Boston Red Sox icon struck out. This person was most likely Yeribel.
Ortiz twirled around with the bat in his hand, releasing confetti poppers that were held by other persons off to the side.
In the video, he could be seen ecstatic and bouncing around after finding out the gender of his fourth child.

Three children make up Ortiz’s family: two with his former spouse Tiffany and one from a different relationship.
The couple stood for pictures in front of a sign that said, “New Year New Baby,” giving the impression that the gender reveal was also a New Year’s Eve party.
Yeribel was spotted with a “Happy New Year” headband on. She looked stunning in a white dress.

Following Ortiz’s amusing strikeout, the couple danced together.
In another video that Yeribel shared, Ortiz is seen kissing her stomach.
December 2021 saw Ortiz’s ex-wife, Tiffany, post on social media to announce their separation following 25 years of marriage.
