False Labor Alarm For NFL Player Robert Griffin’s Wife, Will Have To Wait A Bit Longer

Robert Griffin III, a college football analyst, had to leave the field of play in the middle of the game because his wife was giving birth and he had to be there.

On New Year’s Eve, the former athlete and his colleagues were on the field of play analysing the action while they worked on the match broadcast.

When he learned that his wife was about to give birth, he immediately told the other person that he had to leave. He dropped his technical gear, ran out of the stadium while being pursued by TV crews, and attempted to get home.

He tweeted a clip of the moment with the caption ‘WIFE IS IN LABOR!!!!!!’. He then quote tweeted that shortly after saying: “UPDATE!!! Made a SOUTHWEST FLIGHT to get home. HOLD ON BABY, DADDYs COMING!”

When the Washington Commanders selected Griffin second overall in the 2012 draught, supporters weren’t expecting him to have the NFL career they were hoping for.

Despite this, Robert Griffin has managed to establish a very lucrative broadcasting career within the sport, which is what allowed for such a remarkable occasion to be captured on tape, a memory that the family will undoubtedly cherish.

He raced out of the TCU-Michigan game at the Fiesta Bowl stadium to make sure he could be there for the birth of his child.

Following the former NFL quarterback’s departure from ESPN’s coverage of the College Football Playoff semifinal between TCU and Michigan because he thought his wife was about to give birth, Grete shared on Sunday morning that the couple’s third child is still pregnant.

Grete, 32, was seen on a video sitting next to Robert Griffin saying, “Hi guys, still pregnant,” in a car.

Grete, a fitness enthusiast and businesswoman, remarked on her own page Sunday, “False alarm people,” and also expressed her gratitude toward Griffin!
