A lot of people credit cornerback Richard Sherman, quarterback Russell Wilson, running back Marshawn Lynch, and the Legion of Boom secondary for the Seattle Seahawks success in 2010. But Russell Okung also merits a portion of the praise.
Oking, who was selected sixth overall in the 2010 draft, originally had injury problems but then had a breakthrough year. He didn’t miss consecutive games for the first time in his career, becoming one of the league’s top tacklers while defending Wilson and creating room for Lynch to run.
