“Everybody’s Got a Price”- Aaron Rodgers Set His Price Akin to Tiger Woods’ $800 Million Offer to Join LIV Golf

Aaron Rodgers will go down as one of the greatest quarterbacks the NFL has ever seen. During his time with the Green Bay Packers, Rodgers has won the Super Bowl once and has been named league MVP four times. However, outside the field, Rodgers has a strong passion for other sports as well, including golf.

In a recent interview, Rodgers shared his thoughts on the extremely controversial LIV golf series. He said, “150 for last place seems like a pretty fair it’s a strong offer fair offer.” When asked how much it would take for him to be a part of the series he said, “uh probably around tiger’s number 800. Everybody’s gonna work everybody’s got a price.”

The LIV golf series over the past few months has fans extremely divided. The series is backed by the Saudi Sovereign Fund and is offering staggering numbers for players to switch over. However, the PGA tour has stated that any player that switches over would be banned from the PGA tour, which has left players in limbo. While players like Phil Mickelson have signed up for LIV golf for exorbitant amounts of money, the likes of Tiger Woods have stayed back despite being offered a mind-boggling $800 million to sign up for LIV golf. This is why Aaron Rodgers believes an offer of that amount could tempt him to sign for LIV golf.

Over the past few days, Rodgers found himself at the eye of another storm as he confessed to taking psychedelics prior to matches in the NFL, which caused a huge uproar. However, the NFL stated that it does not violate their policy and therefore he was free to continue doing so.
