Over the summer, the two made vague references to a potential collaboration, but at that time, nothing came of it. In July, Bridges said to her fans, “We were trying to organize it but she got really busy and I moved, so many things.”

Ebanie held the title of IBF bantamweight champion at the time. She was recovering from a hand injury and aiming to return to full strength so she could defend her title.
The talk of a collaboration with Paige has resumed now that she has made her way back into the ring and is facing the expectations of an IBF champion following her defeat to Miyo Yoshida in December.
