One of the all-time great WWE Superstars is The Rock. He made his promotion debut in 1996 and competed full-time till 2002. He divided his time between Hollywood and professional wrestling throughout the next years.

He has had a few minor comebacks during the previous 20 years, the most significant and prolonged of which was during his rivalry with CM Punk and John Cena in the early 2010s. On the other hand, fans all across the world would want to see The People’s Champion on WWE TV more frequently.

The Rock’s decision to not only return to the ring but also potentially unseat Roman Reigns, the WWE Champion with the longest reign ever, was the most significant development of the year. This was something that fans had been waiting for for years. The Samoan Anoa’l family is the source of one of the most well-known wrestling dynasties, and both wrestlers are genuine cousins.

Inquiring of the throng as to whether he ought to dine at a restaurant or a pub… In a clear jab at Reigns’ performance, The Rock stated that he would truly be seated at the “head of the table.”

But in the end, The Rock surprised everyone by laying down Mahal in the ring before addressing the crowd.

He said, “I’m going to get something to eat.” “When The Rock goes out to get something to eat tonight in San Diego, should the The Rock sit in a booth or should The Rock sit at the bar… or should The Rock sit at the head of the table?”

In September 2023, The Rock made a special cameo on a Friday Night SmackDown program, marking his most recent comeback to the WWE. Apparent out of nowhere, he and Pat McAfee arrived and launched an attack on the arrogant Austin Theory.

The Rock has been questioned about the unexpected appearance on occasion ever since. The People’s Champion talked about the one thing he has truly missed since quitting professional wrestling during a recent conversation on The Joe Rogan Experience:

“I told some of the boys this. I miss that kind of stuff because it’s been a while since I’ve worked out with the boys. Back when I was wrestling, we’d all work together because we would travel together every night and go to the same gym every day in different cities. But I miss that, that camaraderie,” he said.

Lastly. On the first Monday Night Raw of the year, WWE superstar The Rock made an unexpected comeback, raising the possibility that one of the biggest matchups in wrestling history may finally be in the works.
