Draymond Green Jr Plays With Journalists In Post Match Conference

After the Warriors’ 128-123 loss to the Denver Nuggets on Friday night at Chase Center, Raymond Green Jr. kept himself occupied during his father’s postgame news conference. Draymond Green Jr. is establishing a solid reputation for himself. He had multiple cameo appearances in the media last year, including several on the Warriors bench and a game of peek-a-boo with the media during the post-game press conference following the 2021–2022 NBA finals.

The elder Green took questions from reporters during the press conference as his five-year-old son played peek-a-boo with the reporters present.

Draymond Green Jr., often known as “D.J.,” is a well-known figure at Chase Center. D.J. appeared during the 2021–22 season to help Warriors players on the bench and was even involved in a game of peek-a-boo with media members following the Warriors’ victory over the Boston Celtics in Game 6 of the NBA Finals.

The Warriors are also no strangers to children stealing the limelight in postgame news conferences, as Steph Curry’s daughter Riley frequently did in the past following postseason games.

After his father’s team lost their most recent game to the Denver Nuggets 128-123 to the Warriors, “D.J.” once more lightened the atmosphere. He appeared in the post-game press conference as his father was discussing the defensive play of his squad. He engaged in a game of peak-a-book with the present journalists, peeking his tiny head over the desk every so often before vanishing again.

His adorable behaviour was appreciated, and he was successful in lifting the gloomy atmosphere created by the warriors’ defeat. Draymond Green Jr. will make an effort to make Warriors supporters happy whether they win or lose.
