“We’re very similar in our likes and dislikes and how we feel about the world and everything that goes on in the United States,” Donna said, praising Kylie’s independence and sharing activities they both want to do.
By highlighting their mutual passion for women’s sports and other “really fun things,” the Kelce matriarch strengthened their bond.
Even though Donna and Kylie come from different families, they both like to entertain and throw parties.

Donna said that her boys, Travis and Jason, and their father, Ed, make up their tiny family; Kylie comes from a larger extended family that is used to hosting elaborate parties.

Speaking with PEOPLE, Donna—known to her grandchildren as “Dee Dee”—expressed her happiness at seeing Wyatt, Elliotte, and Bennett’s distinct characteristics, confirming that, “I like seeing Wyatt’s articulate, confident growth into her own identity. Elliotte’s sweet disposition and loving nature – while still showing traits of a toddler. And Bennett’s [got a] chill, independent, and happy temperament.”
