Diletta Leotta and her soccer star fiancé were refused entry to a controversial Berlin s*x nightclub
One of the most well-known figures in soccer journalism is Diletta Leotta. In addition to being engaged to German goalie Loris Karius, she has over 9 million Instagram followers.
All of that was irrelevant, though, when the Italian soccer writer and her fiancé attempted to enter a notorious nightclub in Berlin not so long ago. While on a holiday in the German city during the mid-season, the two made the decision to try to enter the nightclub Berghain.

Certain local travel websites claim that this specific club is well-known for its techno music, sex parties, and rigorous admittance policies. The night Diletta and Loris showed up, the bouncers working the door turned away the attractive soccer pair in what amounted to a firing offense.
“You know, Daniele (Daniele Battaglia, Italian radio presenter and singer), that I was in Berlin and you know that I told you that I really wanted to go to Berghain, this very famous one nightclub in which there is, however, very strict entry control,” Diletta said.

“I came to the front with my beautiful coat, you know, the yellow one with all the fringes, and with a bright smile and said ‘Hello!’ But guys, I’ve never been dumped like that before.'”
Although there isn’t an official dress code for the wild techno sex party club, based on reports from the same local travel websites, it appears that darker apparel is preferred.
Which is perhaps why Diletta’s bright yellow coat didn’t help. She still thinks there may have been other factors involved in their denial of access.

She added, “Loris made a mistake, among other things, because he made me go in first. Girls usually have more chances. And they looked at me like that and did that [shakes her head].”
