Detroit Lions Schedule 2022: Opponents, Dates, Times, TV Streams, and Final Record Predictions

With quarterback Jared Goff and head coach Dan Campbell, the Lions are starting their second season together, and they hope to build on a promising 2021. Detroit started the previous campaign 0-10-1 before winning three of their last six contests, improving their overall record to 3-13-1. There is just one way to go forward after four straight last-place finishes in the NFC North.

The odds are still against the Lions winning the division, but so are the odds against the Bears. This season, the Lions will play a schedule that puts them in last place, giving them a potential advantage over the other NFC North clubs. In 2022, they will also compete against the whole AFC and NFC East.

The only NFL club without a primetime game on the 2022 schedule is the Detroit Lions. As the only team without a single game in prime time, they have a unique distinction.

Detroit Lions final record prediction

Detroit plays a schedule that has them in last place and includes games against the NFC East and AFC East. Seven of the Lions’ games, including two against the Packers, are against teams with winning records from the previous campaign. Detroit will face five playoff-bound clubs this year. The Lions host the Eagles and Bills in their home games in the Green Bay home-and-home series.

The Cowboys and Patriots are opponents on the road for them. Campbell will show promise at times and make improvements. To return to the playoff race, more effort must be done. We predict the Lions to finish the season 6-11.
