Cowboys Owner Jerry Jones As ‘Blind Referee’ For Halloween Goes Viral

The spookiest season of the year is back, and just like in previous years, people are getting excited about Halloween. The NFL World also expanded; other organisations showed off their inventive sides while dressing up. Jerry Jones of the Cowboys did not hold back either. He did, however, add insult to injury by dressing up as a character that the NFL would detest.

Cowboys Owner Jerry Jones As ‘Blind Referee’ For Halloween

The owner of the Dallas Cowboys is a prime illustration of a Kingpin. As the owner of one of the richest NFL teams, he is still going strong at the age of 80. Additionally, Jones has a vintage sense of humour and frequently shoots the league. He didn’t interrupt the conversation to mock the NFL over one of the most prominent current concerns.

Journalist Clarence Hill Jr. provided a screenshot of a Jerry Jones-themed Instagram Story. He posed for a photo with his wife, Eugenia, and others while wearing his best attire. Jones dressed up as a blind referee, and his sense of humor was spot-on.

Jones made fun of the NFL’s questionable officiating practices that resulted in some penalty calls. The teams and spectators were incensed, and they vented their wrath in a variety of ways. But the Cowboys’ owner delivered the ideal shot.

“Jones said, “Oh, yeah, I had the cane and everything. “And I applied it to several other individuals!

Jones’ brand of humor in the Twitter comments was mainly well-liked by the audience. The NFL, on the other hand, might not take the joke as well.

The 80-year-old might very well be disciplined by the league. The NFL outlawed specific actions in a 2019 memo. The memo stated, “Violations of these regulations will result in quick disciplinary action by the League office, which may include fines of the club and/or anybody who makes such public remarks.” “Public remarks that are egregious and provocative may result in the suspension of the speaker or speakers.”

Jerry Jones’ costume can be considered a violation of the rules, particularly the one that forbids posting offensive material on social media. But since he didn’t post it himself, he might escape punishment. Even so, he admitted that on Sunday, he was abiding by the rules.
