College Football QB Arch Manning Lost College ID Twice In The First Week
Everyone finds it tough to start college. Want proof? Arch Manning, an all-world recruit and the No. 10 player in the SI99 for the class of 2023, arrived on campus this week as Texas opened a new semester.
The early enrollee immediately started the next phase of his life by misplacing his student ID, which spread swiftly via social media in Austin and elsewhere.

It’s a beginner error that even the best of us make. It can be a bit chaotic in college. You can’t really hold someone responsible for losing your ID once.
But it appears to have happened again just now. Another image that has gone viral purports to show a different individual holding Manning’s ID.
Right now, there is no way to tell if this is real, a joke pulled on Arch Manning or a buddy, or an incredible Photoshop job.

If the final resort, it’s a terrible job because it’s essentially a carbon copy of the original photo that went viral when he lost his ID.
The misplaced ID was taken to the South End Zone building at Darrell K. Royal-Texas Memorial Stadium, according to a Snapchat post by a fellow student who retrieved the document, which has Arch’s full name, “Archibald.” But not before enquiring as to what the future Longhorns quarterback was doing without his ID.

“Wyd cuzzo,” the incredulous person who appeared to find Manning’s ID posted on Snapchat. “Bro already lost his ID first week of school… don’t worry QB1 I took it to SEZ [the South End Zone building at Darrell K. Royal-Texas Memorial Stadium].”
In addition to his exceptional physical ability, Arch Manning is well-known for being the son of Cooper Manning, the nephew of Peyton and Eli Manning, two of the greatest quarterbacks in college and the NFL, and the grandson of renowned Ole Miss quarterback Archie Manning.

Given his last name and family history, Arch Manning enters his academic career and playing career at UT with enormous pressure to upgrade the Longhorns team, which hasn’t won a championship since 2005 but has made some strides in the last two years under head coach Steve Sarkisian. The Longhorns won a few close games and completed the year with a defeat to Washington in the Alamo Bowl, but they still improved to 8-5 in 2022 with a 6-3 Big 12 record.
