Three Super Bowls have been won by the Chiefs since Patrick Mahomes joined the team. They have one of the worst facilities in the NFL, though.
The Chiefs placed 31st, higher than only the Commanders, on the NFLPA’s second annual team report card, which was just issued. According to the study, Clark Hunt is the worst owner in the league because of the team’s outdated facilities and subpar medical staff.
I can promise you that Clark Hunt will build a state of the art training facility if/when the Chiefs relocate to Kansas.

The 47 Chiefs players who responded to the poll claimed to have been deceived into believing the franchise would remodel the locker room following the 2022 campaign.
According to Hunt, the pledge was never given.
Hunt told TheAthletic.com, “I have spoken to some of our veteran players about that, and they have confirmed to me that it was miscommunication.” “Certainly, I personally never said anything to them about a renovation of the locker room. It was a misunderstanding.”

When Hunt was questioned about the report card, he had recently revealed plans for a $800 million upgrade to Arrowhead Stadium that would feature a ton of amenities for spectators but few for players. Based on player polls, the NFLPA has created it for the previous two years in an effort to enhance working conditions across the league.
The Chiefs were only surpassed by the Washington Commanders in each area as they rated 31st in terms of grades for their training room (D), locker room (F), and training staff (F).

The Chiefs are growing its team cafeteria, which came in at number 26 in the poll after receiving a C- from the players. Hunt continued. Clark allegedly stated that there were further advancements being worked on but withheld specifics.
Out of all the NFL owners, Hunt received the lowest grade. Players for the Chiefs graded him an F-.
