Ledyard gained notoriety for her hard work and influencer partnerships when she dressed WNBA rookie Zia Cooke for the 2023 WNBA draft. Cooke had on a sophisticated mermaid gown with a ton of detailed gemstone work. At that moment, Ledyard made the decision to collaborate with Reese. She thus casually tweeted the same thing one day, and to her amazement, the NCAA star responded.
