Carson Wentz Contract: How Much Salary Cap For The Colts QB?
Carson Wentz contract with the Indianapolis Colts.
Quarterback Carson Wentz is not an easy to get player when it comes to deals and contracts. The man signed a four-year deal with the Philadelphia Eagles back in 2019. The deal was actually an extension of $128 million with a base value of $111 million. That was a real blockbuster deal for Wentz. However, Carson Wentz’s last season with the Eagles was not that amusing. Also, the Eagles selected Jalen Hurts in the second round of the 2020 NFL draft pick which ignited the Wentz trade rumors. Meanwhile, Carson Wentz had a career-worst 57 percent of his passes for 2620 yards with 16 touchdowns. Also, his passer rating of 72.8 was his lowest in his whole career. Wentz past year’s performance made it clear that the Eagles will try to trade him in 2021 and the same happened.
Carson Wentz fleeced the team(s) he signed that last contract with.

Carson Wentz salary cap with the Colts
If I am not wrong then Carson Wentz will have $25 million against the salary cap this season. It is going to save a lot of money for the Indianapolis Colts as they are paying around $20 million to the backup player Jacoby Brissett. There’s also a $15 million roster bonus month from now that will depend on the 2022 compensation, in addition to an extra $7 million in the event that he is in the team, as indicated by Sports Illustrated’s Albert Breer.
