She disclosed that as the pair prepared to travel to San Diego, Mark recommended that they take their dogs for a walk before embarking on the lengthy journey.

The pair made the decision to visit the national reserve in Clark County, Nevada, known as Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area.

During the walk, Mark proposed to Thompson by getting down on one knee.

On Saturday, August 28, 2021, the couple tied the knot in Las Vegas’ Southern Highlands Golf Club.
