Due to the inclement circumstances, NASCAR Cup Series race in Atlanta was both exhilarating and frustrating.

Wallace was one of many who found the NASCAR decision-makers to be infuriating.

William Byron won the thrilling rain-shortened race, but not everyone was pleased with the sport’s decision-makers on Sunday night.

Driver Bubba Wallace of 23XI Racing was overheard ranting over his radio.

“OPEN THE F–KING PITS. IT’S NOT RAINING. THEY ARE JUST WAITING FOR IT TO F–KING RAIN!” he was heard yelling.

Nevertheless, altogether, the racing was a thrilling evening.

“That was great racing tonight. As edgy as the cars were on a dry track, couldn’t restart it with sprinkles on the track. Would have been Daytona all over again. Along with the rain came a ton of lightning within 8 miles. Right, call to end it. No one loves it. I don’t love it. But right call,” Dale Earnhardt Jr. tweeted.

Fans responded to his remarks in this manner.

“Really wish rain didn’t have this impact. Personally, I like watching rain races, and if it rains in the middle of a race it’s cool to see how drivers adapt. Idk this just felt cheap for everyone,” one fan added.

“He’s right you know,” another fan added.
