Brother Of Stefon Diggs Sued Over Alleged Violent Elevator Attack 

The brother of NFL stars Stefon and Trevon Diggs is reportedly being sued. The brother of NFL player, Darez Diggs is being sued over an alleged elevator incident.

“The May 29, 2023, incident was caught on surveillance video at a Los Angeles apartment building. In the video, Darez can be seen outside the elevator seemingly waiting for someone. A man emerges from the elevator and he and Diggs exchange words,” TMZ reported.

Griffith said in the lawsuit that the incident caused him emotional anguish as well as pain and suffering. In addition, he is suing Darez for alleged possessions of $100,000 in jewels and other items that he was carrying at the time of the event.

Griffith is also suing the residential complex’s owner for undisclosed damages. In the video, it looks like Darez is watching two other guys punch and kick Griffith inside the elevator.

The males appear to have taken Griffith’s jewelry before departing the scene, according to the video. Authorities are currently looking into the situation, according to an LAPD representative, and no arrests have been made as of yet.

Mar’Sean, sometimes known as Darez Diggs, was formerly a professional football player. He played defensive back for the Los Angeles Wildcats during the 2020 XFL season. Prior to enrolling at the University of Alabama in Birmingham, he played collegiate football at Marion University.

Diggs has transitioned from playing professional sports to managing the lifestyle company Blue Boii.

Darez attended Morgan State to play collegiate football before moving to Birmingham to attend the University of Alabama. In 2020, he played one season as a safety for the Los Angeles Wildcats of the XFL. He currently works in the fashion sector as the owner of Blue Boii, a lifestyle brand.
