A closer look at Lamar Jackson and the Baltimore Ravens in 2022

The Baltimore Ravens started their season against the New York Jets with a 24-9 win. Since then the Ravens have played seven games and have a record of 5-3. The three losses came at the hands of the Bills, Giants and the Miami Dolphins all three of which are strong contenders to make it to the Super Bowl.

Jackson and the Ravens could not come to terms on a contract extension and therefore this season could potentially be his last a Raven. Needless to say, as always, Jackson is putting up some impressive numbers in what could be his final season.

So far this season, Jackson has thrown for 1,635 yards (19th in the league), 15 touchdowns (4th in the league), with an average quarterback rating of 63.7. While the Ravens are not favorites to win the Super Bowl, they will definitely go well into the postseason.
