Bills vs Rams Week 1 2022 Game Scores, Stats & Highlights : Bills Cruise to an Easy Win Over Defending Champions Rams as Josh Allen Puts on a Masterclass

The 2022 NFL season is officially underway and in the very first game week, fans witnessed a shock upset as the Buffalo Bills absolutely dominated the Los Angeles Rams to secure their first win of the season. Going into the game, the Rams were the favorites to take the win, whereas the Bills were the favorites to win the Super Bowl. Unfortunately, Matthew Stafford and his men failed to penetrate a watertight defense led by Tremaine Edmunds and safeties Jordan Poyer and Micah Hyde.

The game started off well for the Bills, who had a 10-point lead just a few minutes into the second quarter. The Bills were clearly the better team, but the Rams fought back and leveled the scores at 10-10 by the end of the second quarter, at this point it looked like we had an evenly matched game on our hands that any team could win.

But in the third and fourth quarter, the Bills showed exactly why they’re the favorites to win this year. The Bills finished the third quarter 17-10 thanks to a seven-yard touchdown by Isaiah McKenzie.

In the fourth quarter, Josh Allen opened the scoring with a four-yard rushing touchdown and the final nail in the coffin was a 53-yard touchdown by Stefon Diggs to finish the game at 31-10 for the Los Angeles Rams.
