Best Power Forwards: NBA 2023
All positions will be stacked with talent in the 2023 NBA Draft. Contrary to some of the classes we’ve seen in the past, teams should have a solid shot to sign players who can change their franchise, even if they aren’t ranked in the top five.
It’s a very deep class with a broad mix of college and foreign talents in addition to those players who are following unusual career paths to the league.
Who are the elite modern power forwards in today's NBA, who can crash the boards, lead a fastbreak in transition, and sink a mid-range jumper, all while still striking fear in the hearts of low-post defenders? https://t.co/PK9pj8E1pQ

At this stage in the season, Yebscore has identified the top 15 power forwards prospects who might end up being high picks in the 2023 NBA Draft.
1) Giannis Antetokounmpo
2021-22 Stats: 29.9PTS, 11.6REB, 5.8AST, 1.1STL, 1.4BL
Giannis Antetokounmpo, who led the Bucks to the No. 3 seed in the playoffs and had another MVP-caliber season, continued to rule the league this year. He has a good chance to make waves in the Eastern Conference.
2) Kevin Durant
In NBA 2K22, Kevin Durant has an offensive threat build with a general rating of 96. In total, he received 47 badges, four of which were Hall of Fame badges.
Ben Simmons missed every game, Kyrie Irving played in fewer than 30 games, and James Harden was traded mid-season. The Brooklyn Nets looked to Kevin Durant to be their heart and soul, and he succeeded in that capacity. In 56 games played, Durant topped the league in both points per game and free-throw %.

3) Jayson Tatum
After making it to the NBA finals and infamously struggling against Steph Curry and others, Jayson Tatum might stage his “comeback” this year. Tatum plays a lot of power forward and small forward, but one of the league’s best wings might be his greatest asset.
In NBA 2K22, he has a 2-Way Scoring Machine Build and an overall rating of 90. In total, he had 51 badges.
4) Anthony Davis
This season, Anthony Davis struggled to remain healthy on a regular basis, but when he did, he produced effective stats. The Lakers, who went through more than half of the season without their star Power Forward, missed the playoffs two seasons after winning the 2020 NBA Championship, and a big reason for that is Davis’ absence.
5) Zion Williamson
The former first overall pick had a difficult season since a foot injury kept him off the floor the entire time. However, there is a lot of hope for the young PF, especially after he inked a new contract worth more than $200 million during the offseason.
