Bengals trio Joe Burrow, Chidobe Awuzie and Jessie Bates spotted at UFC 276 event ahead of new NFL season

The Cincinnati Bengals came within touching distance of winning their first Super Bowl crown earlier this year but eventually fell short at the final hurdle against the LA Rams. But their players did put in a solid effort and a few of them are still enjoying their time during the offseason before the 2022-23 NFL campaign begins. Over the weekend, Joe Burrow, Chidobe Awuzie and Jessie Bates were spotted at the UFC 276 event at the T-Mobile arena in Las Vegas, Nevada.

The Bengals trio looked to be in good spirits watching some incredible MMA action in front of them. QB Joe Burrow donned a bucket hat and some rather expensive-looking shades. Safety Jessie Bates and cornerback Chidobe Awuzie also looked stylish as ever sitting next to Burrow.

The three Bengals stars also met with UFC middleweight champion Israel Adesanya, who successfully defended his belt against Jared Cannonier via unanimous decision in the main event of UFC 276.  It was quite apparent that the NFL stars were over their disappointment of the Super Bowl loss against the Rams earlier this year.

According to reports, Burrow and Bates are planning to stay in Las Vegas together before the start of the training camp. The duo are expected to take some time off before returning to the grind for the Bengals.

Burrow, Bates and Awuzie will then be eager to head back to training camp for the new season to challenge for major honours once again. However, Bates’ contract extension is still the talk of the town among Bengals fans. Last week, the Cincinnati Bengals announced their 2022 training camp schedule which is set to kick off Wednesday, July 27. Twelve practice sessions will be open for the public to watch, including Back Together Saturday on July 30, which is the only opportunity for fans to see the Bengals practice inside Paul Brown Stadium.
