Astrid Wett cries with a Chelsea fan saddened by the “Blues daddy” departure

As he declared he was taking over Chelsea, Astrid Wett paid homage to Thiago Silva.

The contentious influencer said goodbye to departing Blues player Silva on her social media page.

After four seasons at Stamford Bridge, during which he won the Champions League, the 39-year-old announced in a tearful video that he would be leaving the team at the end of the current campaign.

With Silva leaving, Astrid, who kept rubbing her eyes during the video, said it was a “hard day” to be a Chelsea fan.

The boxer with influence said: “He’s one of the best Premier League centre-backs of all time next to John Terry. I’m going to miss him so much.

“The experience he brings to our young squad cannot be replaced. The memories we have together cannot be replaced. The dodgy tweets from his wife cannot be replaced.

“Chelsea only buy kids, today we lost our daddy.”

Other Blues supporters echoed Silva’s praises, with one commenting, “We will miss this legend.”

Another person remarked, “Thiago Silva is a legend.”

Someone more commented, “It’s the same today as me, I cried a lot.”

Astrid was criticized by some fans, meanwhile, for her use of “crocodile tears” in her response.

Because of the typical environment in which she tweets, Astrid is a figure of controversy among Chelsea supporters.

She frequently posts outrageous and emotional videos about football, Chelsea, or herself dressed scantily.

She was observed attempting to play a practical joke on Mikel Arteta by laying a pin on his chair prior to the Arsenal vs. Chelsea match.

In his moving film, Silva stated: “I came here with the intention of only staying for a year and it ended up being four years. Not just for me but for my family, too.

“My sons play for Chelsea so it’s a source of great pride to be a part of the Chelsea family – literally because my sons are here. I hope they can continue their careers here at this victorious club that many players wish to be part of.

“In everything I did here over the four years, I always gave my all. But, unfortunately, everything has a start, a middle and an end. That doesn’t mean that this is a definitive end.
