Andrew Schulz Reveals the Shocking Five-Figure Amount It Cost Joe Rogan to Appear on His Podcast
Joe Rogan started his career as a stand-up comedian. Rogan was fascinated by standup comedy and knew very early on in his life that this is what he wanted to pursue. His career in comedy opened multiple doors for him. Over the years, Rogan has appeared on multiple shows and movies which has only further increased his fame.
Today, he is most notably known for being a podcast host and a UFC commentator. His podcast ‘The Joe Rogan Experience’ is the undisputed biggest podcast in the world and has millions tuning in for every episode.
In a recent interview, fellow comedian Andrew Schulz revealed how much he thinks it cost Rogan to skip one day of work and come and film a podcast for him. He said, “I’d imagine he’s flying multiple people, then he’s flying security. He’s taking a day off probably from his podcast. He’s putting everybody up in hotels like that’s how, I don’t know. He is just the man…I think probably minimum $50,000.”
Schulz continued, “Remember, he has security that he flies around. It’s like everything. He’s feeding all these guys. They’re there in New York City at a very nice hotel probably with multiple people. He’s got to get rooms for like…”
Joe Rogan shares his thoughts on Charles Oliveira’s missed weight debacle
In a recent episode of his podcast, Rogan shared his thoughts on Oliveira being stripped of his title by the UFC after the Arizona State Athletic Commission stated he missed weight by 0.5 pounds.
Rogan said, “He’s a very, very nice guy, and he got screwed in his last fight. There was some shenanigans with the scale. Some people had messed with the scale. Here’s a problem with these digital scales: Foreign fighters, they use kilograms and in America, obviously we use pounds.”
Rogan went on to share that the fight between Oliveira and Makhachev will be one of the most interesting fights in the history of the lightweight division. He also went on to brand Oliveira’s Jiu-Jitsu as the best he has seen inside the UFC octagon.
