The Buffalo Bills are in red-hot form right now. Josh Allen and his men entered the 2022 season as the outright favorites to win the Super Bowl. While a lot of fans and pundits did not buy into the hype, Allen and his men have proven that the oddsmakers were right in marking them as favorites.

Eight games into the season, the Bills have an impressive record of 6-2. Their two losses this season have been at the hands of the Dolphins and more recently against the Jets in their eighth game week. Unfortunately, in the game against the Jets, Josh Allen suffered an injury that kept him out of practice on Wednesday and had him listed as ‘doubtful’ for the game against the Minnesota Vikings this week.
#Bills QB Josh Allen is able to grip a football and he did some throwing on Friday. That gave enough confidence to proceed without elevating Matt Barkley from the practice squad and put Allen in line to play against the #Vikings despite an elbow sprain.

Thankfully, for Bills fans there is a positive update on Allen and his availability for the game against the Vikings on Sunday. Ian Rapoport provided an update on Twitter saying, “#Bills QB Josh Allen is able to grip a football and he did some throwing on Friday. That gave enough confidence to proceed without elevating Matt Barkley from the practice squad and put Allen in line to play against the #Vikings despite an elbow sprain.”
A closer look at Josh Allen and the Buffalo Bills as they take on the Minnesota Vikings
Buffalo will look to keep the ball on the ground more to eat up clock and limit offensive production from both sides. The Vikings are far from an elite offensive team, and Buffalo knows it needs to put together a strong defensive effort in order to get over a disappointing loss against the Jets which could have very well been avoided.
